Product Information

Some products displayed may be available at select stores in Australia and internationally while supplies last. In most cases, products displayed for sale will not be available in stores. If you can purchase a product displayed in our Online Store at an Authorised Unite Dealer worldwide, we advise that you do so. Prices displayed are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are valid and effective only in Australia.

Delivery

Purchased items will be shipped within 24 hours of the order. Australian orders should be received within 1 – 5 business days, please allow up to four (4) weeks for International orders to be delivered. If you still have not received your purchase after this time, please notify [email protected]. You will receive an Order Confirmation and a Shipment Notification from [email protected] when your order has been confirmed and when your order has been shipped.

Prices, Shipping And Handling Charges

All orders are shipped via Australia Post. International customers may be responsible for customs duties and / or brokerage fees in addition to shipping costs. Please contact [email protected] if you require any additional information.

Product Availability

Although availability may be indicated, we cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. If there is any revision, discontinuance, or cessation, we may, in our discretion, ship a product, or products, which have substantially similar functionality and specifications to the products ordered or cancel your order.

Colours

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on our Online Store. However, since the colours you see depend on your computer monitor settings, we cannot guarantee that any colour will be 100% accurate to the actual product.

Returns / Exchanges

Unite Clothing Company is committed to quality Customer Service. If you receive a product that you are unhappy with for any reason, simply return it to us within 30 days from date of purchase, in as-new condition and we will happily exchange or refund *. Please note that a Return Authorisation Number (RA #) must be obtained for all returns.

If for any reason you would like to return your product to us please follow the instructions below. In all cases, the return product must be in the original, unaltered packaging, including all labels and tags and in as-new condition.

(1) Request a Return Authorisation Number (RA #) from [email protected].

(2) Complete the Return / Exchange Form.

(3) Pack the return product, with your Return / Exchange Form, in a secure carton or satchel.

(4) Affix the pre-addressed label to your package.

(5) Visit your local Post Office and send to the labeled address. For security and peace of mind, we strongly suggest Registered Post. Unite Clothing Company is not liable for any return product lost in the post.

(6) Unite Clothing Company will then happily cover the cost of shipping your new replacement product.

Once received, we will inspect and process the goods within two (2) business days to ensure you receive your exchange or refund as quickly as possible. You will receive an email from [email protected] confirming your exchange or refund and how it is being processed.

Refunds will be issued and / or replacement product shipped within 24 hours of your email confirmation of return.

* No exchanges or refunds on Sale or International orders. All Sale and International purchases are final unless a shipping error has occurred on our part. In the case of a shipping error, notice must be given to [email protected] within two (2) days of delivery. Returned product must be in the original, unaltered packaging, including all labels and tags, in as-new condition and include the Return / Exchange Form on the lower section of your Invoice.
